The ever-increasing size of this list has forced a re-organisation into smaller sub-pages. This move was resisted as long as possible, since one of the original purposes of the site was to gather together as much information into one place. Hopefully the inconvenience for users of having the lists split into several documents will be outweighed by the advantages of smaller and faster downloads. A large number of links have had to be changed throughout the site as a result. Please let me know if you should spot any loss of functionality. I'd be grateful to receive information about other geographic areas.
